Sacral or 2nd Chakra - Situated in the lower abdomen and pelvic area. Deals with issues surrounding Happiness, Confidence and Utilisation of Resources.

Associated Colour : ORANGE- Success, Self-respect and Zest for Life.


2nd CHAKRA  TRAITS :

Balanced : Creative, Sociable, Joyful, Independent, Successful, Self-assured, Enthusiastic and Constructive.

Un-balanced : Withdrawn, Destructive, Overly Dependant.

This Chakra also governs the Reproductive system, so any imbalance may produce symptoms in this area.
(Pre-menstrual syndrome, Irritable bowel syndrome, Edometriosis, Prostrate issues etc.)
