Basic Influence :  Intuition

6th or Brow Chakra : Also known as the 'Third Eye' is situated just above the center of the brow ridge, between the eyes.  Deals with areas surrounding Intuition, Understanding , Mysticism and Seeking of the Truth.


Associated Colour :

INDIGO : Clearing the way to allow acess to intuition.  
PURPLE  :  Balanced state of mind.

6th CHAKRA  TRAITS :

Balanced : Highly Intuitive, Faithful, Clarity of Vision, Orderly of Mind, Good sense of  Integrity, Practical, Idealistic and Wise. Tends to seek out the Truth.

Un-balanced : Fails to follow Intuition, Cluttered Mind, Inconsiderate of others and Blinkered of Vision.

This Chakra also governs the Lower Head, Eyes and Sinuses. Any imbalance in this Chakra could produce symptoms in these areas.
(Tension Headaches, Sinusitis, Visual Disturbances and Ear Problems.)

Consider wearing, carrying or thinking about something INDIGO or PURPLE for a few days.
